Mission

Dixons Group undertook a roll out across their estate installing new concession stands within their stores. The roll out required additional data to be installed across their stores to accommodate new stands from Microsoft.

Solution

KMH Group were selected as a supplier to undertake the works within the south of England. With tight deadlines and quick response times, KMH were able to successfully undertake all required works.

Over 35 stores had additional data points installed, with all associated cable runs and cabinet patching carried out outside of store operational hours. As part of the package the store Data Design was also updated to reflect the new changes.

Result

As part of DSG’s ongoing efforts to upgrade their estate, an ongoing fit out project is being undertaken. KMH Group are part of the team that fits out new and existing stores. Installing new IP TV displays which allow for continuously updated content from a remote location. Wireless network installation allowing for data to be transmitted to all in store devices as needed. People traffic counting systems are also installed as part of the fit out, which allows DSG to monitor footfall in each site.
